By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about licensefoundry — a service for issuing and verifying rights credentials for digital content. It is a marketing and informational website. The licensefoundry service itself is provided through separate APIs, SDKs, and a dashboard under commercial agreements (Master Services Agreements, or "MSAs") signed between licensefoundry and each customer.

2. No commercial commitment from the Site alone

Nothing on this Site constitutes a commercial offer, contract, or binding commitment. Pricing, feature descriptions, capability tiers, roadmap items, and technical specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice.

Commercial relationships with licensefoundry are established through signed MSAs and any accompanying Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") — not through interacting with the Site.

3. Forward-looking information

The Site contains forward-looking statements about product features, pricing tiers, regulatory expectations, and roadmap. Such statements are inherently uncertain and reflect current expectations only. We make no representation that any specific feature, price point, or product will be delivered as described or by any specific date.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, licensefoundry and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including, where applicable, liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update, modify, or remove content from the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
